We recently purchased our Trigano 310 TDL small caravan from Three Shires Leisure and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Ivan was amazing from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. We originally visited looking for a small caravan for my sister, but after seeing how light weight, spacious and cleverly designed these popup caravans are, I ended up buying one too! There was plenty of time to look around at our own pace, and they were always happy to answer questions and explain everything clearly. The handover appointment was excellent, covering setup, towing, and practical tips for ensuring everything was safe and checked off before travelling. Communication throughout by phone and email was fantastic, and it’s reassuring to know they also offer servicing and repairs for ongoing support after purchase. A genuinely helpful company that goes above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress free.

All I can say is this company is the best company I've ever dealt with. They exceeded my expectations. Ivan Reed especially had the go pod ready to go and delivered in days. Delivery and hand over was excellent so big thank you to the delivery guy. Apologies don't know his name If anyone is considering a go pod or any caravan or leisure vehicles. Be sure to use this company. If I ever upgrade. Theses guys will be the first port of call.

We are delighted with our Mini Freestyle 300 which we bought from Three Shires Leisure in May. Special thanks to Ivan who answered all our questions before and after purchase. The after sales care has been excellent with Ivan answering our email queries even while we were on holiday with the caravan. The caravan is small, but we double our living space with the tailgate awning and it has given us everything we need. We are looking forward to many more adventures!

Hi, we bought a Freestyle 270 mini from Ivan at Three Shires Leisure last month. The service provided was exceptional. We tow "Spongebob Square Van" with our bright blue Audi Q3 Quatro with no effort at all. Photo in Ivan's gallery pics!
The van itself is great fun. Our first night out saw plenty of walkers and fellow caravaners stop by and take a look, commenting on how cute and small it was but equally amazed at how big and functional it was inside. We'd barely got the roof up before our first visitors wanted a nose around! They also took your details Ivan so we'll be after some commission ;)
With our first evening all set, we also bumped into a couple of equally satisfied customers of yours who bought a Mini 300 from you back in June! Small world!

We bought the mini Freestyle 270 from you back in September. We've just got back from our 6th trip in it and thought we would give you some feedback. We are towing with a VW id4 and thought we would report on how towing with an EV is.

The ride in this car is really smooth and accelerates well with the van in tow. We have travelled in all temperatures and have found that, on average, we get about two thirds of the range that you would get if not towing. Our car has a 70 kWh battery and I think I would comfortably travel 150 miles. You don't want to arrive at the site with no charge as this is bad for the battery and the nerves! As the car's charging port is at the rear, where in an ICE car you would put the petrol. Charging while in tow would be difficult but not impossible. You could use a motorway service where they have the long parking lanes. You would have to unhitch, go and charge and then return to the van and hitch up again.

The caravan has been brilliant though. We made one slight adaption. Where the two pieces have been cut off the table to shorten it - the smaller piece was a pain when making the bed as it kept falling off. I therefore screwed it to wall ( see photos attached) where it makes a useful shelf when the table is not in place and makes bedmaking much quicker. We also found some small rubber wedges on eBay that are perfect for stopping the sliding doors from opening when on the move.

It is hard to express how pleased we are with our purchase - this little caravan is so much fun and starts a lot of conversations on the campsites we've been to.

Thanks for your support and advice throughout the process of choosing, buying and getting on the road with our new caravan.

After carrying out just about every rookie error possible on our first night, we were set up with the kettle on in 15 minutes for the next 2 nights.

We had some issues with the motor mover but have worked out where we were going wrong and are sorted with that too.

We got the caravan down the driveway no bother and are getting ready to head off for our first fully equipped weekend for May weekend.

I wanted to tell you how pleased I was with the Go-pod used for the first time at a very wet and windy sailing event.

It was lovely to be able to retreat to my own safe, warm space despite the storms raging around me. Even though I wasn't able to put the awning up it was comfortable being inside.

Hey Ivan and Paul! I just wanted to say how awesome it was working with you guys. You're super nice and your company is really trustworthy. We sold our Gopod caravan to Three Shires Leisures and they gave us a fair price, which we were happy with. While we were there, I told Paul that I was planning to buy an Elddis caravan 304. Right away, Paul told me that I would need to change my tow ball. And guess what? He changed it for me without charging anything! Ivan also taught me how to check caravans for dampness and water getting inside. I can't thank them enough for their knowledge and help because it saved us a ton of money on the Explore 304. Turns out, the one we were going to buy was all damp and had lots of water inside. We got a full refund and didn't end up buying it. Three Shires Leisure is a really honest company with a lot of knowledge, and they'll do whatever they can to help you find the perfect caravan without any pressure to buy. They're fantastic and I highly recommend them!

Just a quick note of thanks to You for the excellent handover and purchase experience of the 2010 Crusader we bought from you on the 17th September, being completely new to folding camper ownership the handover was exactly what we needed! Also putting up with, and amusing the kids for the duration. To say you went above and beyond is an understatement! Even helping us out to the motorway with consideration to the fact I had never towed before.

We got home without any issues, having now used the crusader for a weekend break it’s fair to say that we love it! The condition of the unit is exceptional and absolutely as advertised, just perfect, we certainly have many, many more family trips ahead of us.

to let you know we arrived home without incident with the Gobur. It tows superbly and until we got into hills was showing 52 mpg whilst travelling lto the applicable speed limits. By home we still
had 48mpg. Solo at the speed limit on the way up to you we had 54mpg, so all in all a very pleasantly surprise. We spent yesterdày morning putting the awning up and familiarising ourselves with all
its features and are how ready to roll!

Dear Ivan,

Thank you so much for the help that you and Paul provided yesterday, and

indeed in the days running up to the collection of the Gobur. I had all

sorts of anxieties and 'what ifs' running through my mind, but

everything went like clockwork, with Paul arriving within 30 minutes of

the expected timetable, which is pretty good for such a long journey up

to Central Scotland!

The inspection process by Paul was very professional and courteous, but

also very friendly, and that helped to reassure us. Paul was fully

masked and we maintained social distancing easily throughout the

inspection and handover.

Paul completed all the paperwork quickly, told us what would happen

next, and then rang you to confirm that the transaction could proceed.

The Funds Transfer arrived within a minute or so, at the first time of

asking, and we were able to see the transaction straightaway, using the

mobile data at the storage facility. Paul did say that he would wait

with us if there were any problems with the transaction, but, it went

perfectly and quickly!

The best testament I can offer? After all my concerns and anxieties

about completing an expensive transaction at arms length amid the COVID

pandemic, I felt a sense of anti-climax that everything had gone so

smoothly and in such a matter of fact fashion!

It was as much of a pleasure as these transactions can be , and the

whole process from first enquiry to seeing the Gobur hitched up for

departure was smooth, relaxed, courteous and supportive. Elaine and I

can be more relaxed when we sell our next leisure vehicle to you!
